Keira Gray | Glass overhead main gate/ramp entrance | Exterior (general) | March 5, 2025 | There's a crack in the glass overhead piece above the main ramp gate. We don't know when exactly it appeared but we noticed it a couple of weeks ago. Doesn't seem to be an urgent fix and is not in a super noticeable area but it is something to monitor and add to list of things to be replaced in the near future. | Submitted |

Amelia Mayer | Dock | Other | May 10, 2024 | Friday May 10 2024 around 3:30pm I realized we were very low with the tide. I went down to measure the South Float Dock level, near the south ramp (the closest part to the shore) and there was only 1 foot between the bottom of the float to the bottom of the river. Nothing urgent to do now, but Amelia emailed James some photos, may want to look into this as a larger project to make sure we would never be in a situation where the float meets river bottom and damages the dock. | In progress |
