Ready to Book?
- You’ve checked availability on the UBC Boathouse Calendar (and / or placed a courtesy hold),
- You’ve toured the venue,
- You’ve made your decision and are ready to book!
Once you have submitted the form below, to finish securing your date you will need to:
1. Sign & Return Venue Rental Contract
The venue contract will be sent to you within 5 business days after submitting the form below. Please review and let us know if you have any questions before signing and sending back.
2. Pay Non-Refundable Deposit
The non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of when you receive the rental agreement and instructions on how to pay the deposit.
- Wedding & Event Bookings: A $2500 non-refundable deposit is required for a Friday-Sunday booking or $1500 for a Monday-Thursday booking for an 8-hour block*
- Corporate Meetings: $600
*For all wedding and event bookings, you can change your rental time block up to 60 days prior to your event date. Please submit an estimated time block when completing the form.
